NDIS - Exercise Physiology

Meaningful health and lifestyle improvements for the body and mind.
At Mindfulness In Movement we pride ourselves on promoting independence by offering adaptive and personalised mobile exercise therapy services within the comfort of your home or chosen local facility.

Depending on the participant’s unique interests and goals this can include conducting sessions in house, gymnasiums, pools, parks and or beaches.

We collaborate with the participant, their support team and family to provide meaningful and personalised supports. We can provide all necessary reports, letter writing and correspondence to ensure our clients are suitably supported.

Exercise Physiology can help to:

  • increase activity levels and improve participation in daily living and community activities

  • improve mood, concentration and manage mental health symptoms

  • improve strength and function

  • improve mobility and flexibility

  • reduce/manage chronic pain

  • weight management and chronic disease risk

We specialise in delivering safe, effective and meaningful exercise physiology supports for participants living with mental illness and complex physical/neurological conditions.

We visit homes and communities across the Sunshine Coast region from Caloundra to Noosa, including the hinterland.

Connect with Susanne to have a chat about you/or your client’s unique needs, interests and goals.

Mindfulness In Movement understands that finding committed, quality support outside of your Exercise Physiology sessions can be challenging.
