Move better. Feel better.
Exercise Physiology can give you strategies to improve your physical and mental health through movement and lifestyle solutions. Our team of university-qualified therapists draw on our clinical training and years of experience to create a program specifically for you.

Mindfulness in Movement provides Exercise Physiology to private, Medicare and NDIS clients on the Sunshine Coast.

Our Approach

We treat each client as the individual they are.

Your therapy will support your own unique life, and we always keep your goals and dreams in mind. We spend time getting to know you and your areas of interest so we can create a personalised exercise physiology treatment plan just for you.

Our sessions are highly effective, as every movement is purposeful. As movement therapists, we acknowledge health in its entirety. Whatever your condition, we want to empower you to make healthy changes you can sustain for the long-term.

We have the confidence and credibility to work closely with other medical and allied health professionals to ensure you are supported with a safe and effective program.

We are flexible and understanding to your needs and barriers. Wellness is all about quality, not quantity, and every small step towards better health matters.
